Shipping policy

We give the estimated time of shipping on the product page. However, these are indicative and depend on our delivery partner.

The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

Your purchases may reach you from various locations in more than one package. But rest assured, you will be charged one delivery fee for the entire order.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. 

Cash On Delivery option is not a trial option and payment is necessary before accepting the order.

Any refusal of COD orders will result in deactivation of the COD option for future orders.

In some pin codes, our delivery partners do not support COD and hence the option might be unavailable. For any queries, please contact us at info@thingsandco.com.

In case of any special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us and leave comments in the order about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfill the order within the time requested but we cannot guarantee the same.

Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies like Delhivery, Ecom Express and Amazon Shipping.

We are bound in coverage by their reach even though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for delivery. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your products reach you.

For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been failed attempt to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

1. The item has been recorded while opening the package which has been delivered.
2. The item is in its original packaging.
3. The item isn't used, washed, or altered in any way.
4. The original invoice or proof of purchase is included. 

Above details to be shared to us via a video and images at info@thingsandco.com within 48 hours of delivery to address the return.

To ensure a hassle-free reverse pickup, it is essential that the packaging remains intact and in its original box. We kindly request that you retain the same packaging for the return, as we cannot accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition.

Refunds

If your product is eligible for returns, refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return if defected

If your product is eligible for returns due to defect, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product has been received from the given address. Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with a replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund. A credit of the paid amount will reflected in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
