About Parth Yadav

Parth Yadav is an Architect and the visionary Founder and Principal Designer of Archetive Designs & Decoration LLC, based in Dubai and operating across the United Arab Emirates and India. He brings over eight years of architectural and interior design expertise to Things & Co. Known for his innovative approach, Parth has worked on a wide range of projects from high-end residential and commercial spaces to luxury interiors. His hands on style ensures every design reflects the client’s unique vision, with a focus on modern elegance and functionality.

With roots in architecture, design, and business, we came together to build a brand where craftsmanship, simplicity, and intention guide every detail. Each product we create tells a quiet story of form, function, and the beauty of restraint.

OUR JOURNEY

In 2019

When Aditi Singh stepped into the design world after graduation, while exploring the industry, she noticed a gap between the kind of designs she envisioned and their accessibility in the market. Driven by this insight, she immersed herself in real-world experience and began shaping her design identity.

By 2022

equipped with a deeper understanding of the industry and a clear vision, Aditi officially stepped into the role of a businesswoman, launching her own practice offering architecture, interior, and furniture design services, laying the foundation for what would grow into Things By Aditi.,

In 2024

She expanded her vision further and launched an e-commerce platform, Things by Aditi, offering carefully curated furniture and decor pieces across India, making good design more accessible, one space at a time.

In 2025

The brand entered a new chapter as Parth Yadav joined the journey, bringing strategic insight, creative leadership, and operational expertise. With a strong background in executing luxury projects across Dubai and India, Parth added depth to the brand’s design language and business vision. Together, they reimagined the brand as Things & Co, with a shared commitment to building a destination for modern, design-forward living that blends accessibility with elevated aesthetics.
